At getpresent.fit, we believe in making fitness fun and engaging. That's why we've designed the Strength Score system to keep you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. This system not only rewards you for your efforts but also helps you see your progress in a tangible way. Here's a detailed breakdown of how our Strength Score system works.
How Points are Earned
Workout Completed: 10 Points Every time you complete a workout, you'll earn 10 points. This encourages consistency and regular participation.
Hit Weekly Target: 5 Points If you meet your weekly workout target, you get an additional 5 points. The weekly targets are:
Level 1: 2 workouts per week
Level 2: 3 workouts per week
Level 3 onwards: 4 workouts per week
Negative Points
No Workouts per Week: -10 Points
If you miss all workouts in a week, you will incur a penalty of -10 points. This is to encourage maintaining a regular workout routine.
Workout Streaks
Consistency is key to fitness, and we reward you for maintaining a workout streak:
4 Weeks: 25 Points
12 Weeks: 50 Points
24 Weeks: 100 Points
52 Weeks: 200 Points
To qualify for a streak, you must complete at least 2 workouts per week. Streak points are a great way to boost your Strength Score and keep you motivated over the long term.
Levels
Your accumulated points will determine your level within the app. Each level represents a new milestone in your fitness journey:
Level 1: 0 Points
Level 2: 100 Points
Level 3: 350 Points
Level 4: 850 Points
Level 5: 1250 Points
Level 6: 1750 Points
Level 7: 2250 Points
Level 8: 2750 Points
Level 9: 3250 Points
Level 10: 3750 Points
As you progress through the levels, you'll unlock new features, rewards, and challenges to keep you engaged and motivated!
Weekly Scoring Calculation
Every Sunday night (IST), our system will calculate your total score for the week. This includes all points earned from completed workouts, hitting weekly targets, maintaining streaks, and any penalties for missed workouts.
Based on your total score, you may get promoted to a higher level or demoted to a lower level, ensuring that your current level accurately reflects your recent activity and dedication.
Future Enhancements: Performance Points
While our current system focuses on consistency and habit building, we are excited to announce that we will soon be adding performance-based points. These points will reward you for achieving specific performance milestones in your workouts, such as:
Personal Bests: Earn points for setting new personal records in exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
Challenge Completion: Participate in and complete app-based fitness challenges to earn additional points.
Performance Metrics: Gain points based on metrics such as workout intensity, duration, and calorie burn.
These new features will provide even more ways to earn points and climb through the levels, ensuring that your Strength Score truly reflects both your consistency and your performance.
Conclusion
Our Strength Score system is designed to make your fitness journey more enjoyable and rewarding. By consistently working out and hitting your targets, you can climb through the levels and unlock new achievements. Stay tuned for our upcoming performance-based points to further enhance your experience.
